Residential Policies
- Payment is due at time of service in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. First-Time and One-Time cleanings will be guaranteed with Visa or MasterCard.
- When we receive a signed Payment and Schedule Agreement to secure your cleaning day you will be added to our regular schedule.
- We guarantee to correct any problems, reported within 24 hours, by returning to the home within 24 hours to correct the problem.
- There is a $25 fee for any check returned by your bank.
- There is a $25 late cancellation/lock-out fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit without a two-day notice in advance of the visit. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your home, through no fault of ours.
- Wendi’s Cleaning Service requires a notice of two (2) cleanings given in advance, when you wish to discontinue our service. If you choose to not give the two cleaning notice a service charge of $50 will be assessed.
- You are liable for an employment referral and training fee of $3,000.00 per person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed by us, or employed by us within the one year period prior to such employment. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee.
Please be assured we will do our best to serve your cleaning needs. If you have any questions or wish to speak with us, our office is open 8 a. m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an answering machine available 24 hours a day.
